A man killed by an Uber driver who was dropping off his wife home after a night out in Toowoomba, west of Brisbane. The man arrived home and fell asleep in his driveway; the man was lying on the sloping part of the driveway as the Uber driver was unable to see him while dropping his wife home. The accident occurred around 12:30 am on Saturday morning.
Johnny Depp met a hand injury while filming Pirates of the Carribean in Queensland, Australia. Production staff, however, assured that the injury does not affect the overall production.
