'Timeless'Finale Spoilers: Lucy, Wyatt And Rufus Will Be Torn Apart? Trio Doomed?

"Timeless" is getting more dramatic as the series heads to its finale. The last episode "Last Ride of Bonnie & Clyde" makes a good transition to the finale which might put an end to the Lucy (Abigail Spencer), Wyatt (Matt Lanter) and Rufus (Malcolm Barrett) as a trio.

In the last "Timeless" episode, Lucy, Wyatt and Rufus time traveled in 1934 to meet Bonnie and Clyde. Lucy and Wyatt pretended to be a couple opening a bank account when Bonnie and Clyde showed up for a bank heist. They were able to convince Bonnie and Clyde that they were in the same league.

Bonnie had a key stolen from Henry Ford. It was distinctive that comes with Latin marking. However, Flynn showed up before the police arrived and stole the key from Bonnie. Per Vulture, Flynn will use the key to open a box that contains a handwritten note, which content remains a mystery.

Wyatt shared how he proposed to his wife Jessica and gave Lucy a kiss. Some fans feel the sexual tension between the pair will it blossom in the next episode when Wyatt is still grieving over his wife's death?

Meanwhile, per Den of Geek, the chemistry between Abigail Spencer and Matt Lanter is undeniable. The events in the last episode trigger Wyatt and Lucy to examine their relationship.

However, things will be tough in the "Timeless" finale because the trio is bound to fall apart. According to Spoiler TV, on the next episode, the trio will be questioning themselves if they are fighting on the wrong side.

As agent Christopher (Sakina Jaffrey) prepares for the worst in the present day, Lucy, Wyatt and Rufus will encounter the Father of the Country. They will make a pact and would confront the possibility that they might not be working together for long.
