Beauty and the Beast: As Magical As Fans Hoped - Sneak Peek Inside

Finally, Disney reveals its Beast from the upcoming movie Beauty and the Beast. The live teaser trailer was shown yesterday, and fans are freaking out.

In the teaser, Disney has revealed the first-ever image of its "Beast", and it certainly exceeded everyone's expectations. In the cover of this week's Entertainment Weekly, it showed both Dan Stevens from Downton Abbey and Emma Watson from the Harry Potter series in full on costume.

Emma, who will be playing Belle, is dressed in a beautiful yellow ball gown, and the Beast (played by Dan Stevens) rocked the navy frock coat embroidered with gold in the arms. The transformation of both these actors into their characters is simply beyond movie magic.

Emma Watson looked very much like Belle in the books and the animated series; it is as if she was destined to play the role all along.

As expected, the issue had even more magic inside. It features a photo of few of the animated inanimate objects that live inside the Beast's mansion.

Fans can see the live-action film's iterations of beloved characters like Mrs. Potts (played by Emma Thompson), Cogsworth (Ian McKellan), Babette (Gugu Mbatha-Raw), Lumiere (Ewan McGregor) and more.

An exclusive photo of Kevin Kline as Maurice, Belle's father, was also released. In Disney's animated version of the film, Belle is a bookworm, while her father, Maurice, is an inventor. However, Disney revealed that in the live-action remake, that relationship would change in a BIG way.

Not only that, these characters will be seen in a much different fashion than they have ever been seen before. The filmmakers want to give the movie a different feel while staying true to its roots.

Fans will also see a photo of Luke Evans, who plays Gaston in the film, showing off his sword. There's also a picture of Beast looking through books with Belle. "Beauty and the Beast" is set to hit theaters on March 17, 2017.
