The promotional video for "The Blacklist" Season 4, Episode 7 is out and it has revealed a lot about Alexander Kirk (Ulrich Thomsen) and the challenges he had to face next. Liz (Megan Boone) is also seen saying, "the answers I'm looking for are going to die with him."

Some reports about "The Blacklist" Season 4 Episode 7 claim that Kirk might face death soon, such as the one released by Counsel Heal. His health is expected to get even worse. If he will die soon, Liz might not be able to get the answer she hopes to get.

This speculation was taken from the scene in the next episode's promotional video, where both Liz and Harold were seen on the same location in the Hospital.
