‘Black Mirror Season 3’ Releases New Trailer, Boast Six New Stories That Can Mess Your Mind [VIDEO]
Netflix just released a new trailer for "Black Mirror" Season 3 and it's already messing with minds of its followers. With six new stories that audiences can relate to because of its parallelism to our present society, it's going to be a sure fire hit.
"Black Mirror" Season 3 Social Media Reference
The trailer for NetFlix's "Black Mirror" Season 3 that was released made several cultural references that our society has today. There was a scene that showed a guy that's upset because someone secretly filmed him through his webcam. The man said, "They saw everything." Another scene showed some sort of metrics to show how happy a person is based on popularity. The narrator goes on saying, "No one is this happy."

It is obvious that the plot of the series was based on what is happening now in our society - cyberbullying, getting affirmations through social media, and even game addictions. Although "Black Mirror" Season 3 was presented in a more futuristic and maybe, exaggerated way, the realities of the stories are still too close for comfort, CNET reports.

The Six Episodes for "Black Mirror" Season 3
"Black Mirror" Season 3 episode titled Nosedive tackles how someone measures happiness in a world that's obsessed with ranking each other. One can agree that it is based on the different social media platform that we have now such as Facebook or Instagram.
Comingsoon.net reported that the other episodes of "Black Mirror" Season 3 are as follows: Men Against Fire tells the story of a soldier who protects innocent villagers from feral mutants. San Junipero follows the story of two women and their journey in an 80's theme party town while the episode Shut Up and Dance tells the story of a 19-year-old teenage boy who was trapped in the online world.
Hated in the Nation is about a detective and his geek partner who tracking a killer that uses social media and lastly, Playtest which explored the gaming and a new sophisticate device. "Black Mirror" Season 3 is set to air on October 21.
