Brad Pitt & Angelina Jolie News and Rumors: Careers 'Tearing Them Apart', Angie Jealous Of Marion Cotillard?
Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie continue to have divorce rumors spreading, especially revolving around the couple's film projects. Now the rumor is that Pitt and Jolie are "at war" with each other about whose work is more important, Radar Online reports.
An insider told Radar Online, "This is tearing them apart, but Brad's got no choice. He's done more than enough to help her directing career, even risking his own reputation in her schmaltzy flop By the Sea, and now it's time to get back to work."
The couple worked together to star in "By The Sea," which received horrible reviews from critics, the site shares.
Now the mom-of-6 just finished filming her recent work in Cambodia. The insider revealed that this also appears to be an issue to the couple. Both agreed they wouldn't work at the same time for the sake of their 6 children.
""They're at war over who's looking after the kids since that agreement got blown out the window with her desire to turn her directing career into a success after several failures," the source claims.
The insider continues to say that the "failure" of Angie's past works are now pushing her to focus even more on Netflix's "First They Killed My Father" to redeem her directing career.
"She's praying her directing career will be saved by this movie and she's turned into a perfectionist nightmare in the editing suite," said the insider.
Rumors have also been spreading that the couple has been experiencing strain over Jolie's jealousy. In Touch recently released news that Jolie is jealous of Marion Cotillard, who is working with Pitt on his current project, "Five Seconds of Silence."
A source told the magazine that the "World War Z" star "comes home raving about how classy and talented she is and how much he loves her French accent" and Angie "can't stand it."
"She's prone to think that since she was once Brad's co-star and seduced him away from his wife, the same will happen to her," the magazine reports.
Gossip Cop connected with a source close to the couple who debunked this rumor. The insider says that there is "no truth" to the story.
