Khloé Kardashian Reveals why her Divorce is Off, Says She and Lamar Odom are NOT a Couple

Khloé Kardashian and Lamar Odom might still be legally married, but they are in no way a couple again, for the time being at least.

The 31-year-old reality TV star cleared up rumors that she was giving her marriage a second chance. The romance rumors surfaced when Khloé got her divorce papers, which they both signed in July, dismissed after Odom, 35, almost died from an apparent drug overdose.

The former NBA Player was found unconscious at a Nevada brothel. After being in a coma for almost three days, Odom has slowly been recovering. The toxicology report found evidence of cocaine among other drugs in his system.

Throughout the entire time, Khloé has remained by Odom's side. However, even though Khloé is supporting him, she revealed that they are not thinking about romance at all.

Khloé said in an interview with PEOPLE, "It's out in the media that we are back together, but I wish people understood that's not in our thought process right now. There are too many other important things, too many medical things. It's not even in our brains thinking about us as a couple or having a relationship right now."

Khloé said that her decision to dismiss the divorce was not due to "anything sexual or intimate."

"I want to be his support system. Tragedy does make you reassess a lot of things, but when it comes to our relationship, it's the same, except I'm here supporting him fully," she said before adding that it would be smarter to stay married for medical reasons.

Odom reportedly has a long way to go. He has undergone surgery and will need to go through months of physical therapy. Before he can be released form the hospital, however, Odom's condition must be stable.

"Every hour is different," Khloé said. "It goes up and it goes down. Things are progressing, but it's a very serious situation."

Khloe and Odom got married in 2009. In December 2013, Khloé filed for divorce. After her split with Odom, Khloé dated French Montana, who has praised her for staying by Odom's side, and more recently, Houston Rockets' star, James Harden. Harden is reportedly very supportive of Khloé's decision to take a break from their relationship and help Odom.
