Khloe Kardashian by the side of Lamar Odom as he Breathes on his Own

According to coach Jim Harrick, former NBA player Lamar Odom is finally breathing on his own and professed his love for his estranged wife, Khloe Kardashian. Harrick coached Odom in his college days and told CNN that the 35-year-old athlete is finally making some progress. Odom was taken to hospital after he was found unconscious in a brothel in Nevada where he was reportedly holed up for the last few days.

As per the sources close to Odom, he will be leaving Las Vegas soon to continue his recovery in Los Angeles. There is still not much known what made him unconscious at the Love Ranch, the Nevada brothel where he was found insentient. Odom was found in an extremely critical condition where the witnesses saw him drink alcohol and also consume supplements called the "herbal Viagra", as reported by WGNTV.

TMZ reports that Odom will continue his recovery while his estranged wife Khloe has vowed to be by his side while recuperates in the rehab, however long it takes. His recovery so far has been nothing short of miraculous after his drugs and sex binge at the Nevada brothel. Odom's aunt JaNean Mercer has praised him for his inner strength to overcome the setback. In a statement, Mercer said that "Lamar has always been blessed with a tenacious, fighting spirit, overcoming insurmountable obstacles to achieve the impossible,". "These past few days are no different." His family is also at his side as he slowly recovers from his incident. "We are committed to remaining by his side as a family for our champion, who we love immensely," Mercer said. Odom is said to undergo speech therapy as well as physical therapy, reported News.com.au
