Frontwire Studio’s ‘Star Wars: Battlefront 3’ fan-based reboot called ‘Galaxy in Turmoil’ is reportedly being scheduled for free PC release through game publisher Steam. Despite fears of possible copyright infringement, the creators maintained that ‘Galaxy in Turmoil’ has none of the Battlefront 3 codes and is classified as a ‘parody’ (albeit a better one than previous two titles).

Microsoft unveils Porsche design 2-in-1 laptop

Microsoft has made several announcements at Computex in Taipei. The company showcased a Windows 10 2-in-1 made by an undisclosed OEM and Porsche Design. Furthermore, Microsoft also opened up its mixed reality Windows Holographic platform, and Windows Hello framework to third parties.Microsoft VP Nick Parker showed off a new 13.3-inch Windows 10 convertible created by Porsche Design, and another OEM that it chose to keep in the dark. It comes with Windows Hello 2.0 (facial recognition), voice assistant Cortana, and the new Inking features scheduled to come with the Windows 10 Anniversary Update in July. It will be powered by an Intel processor, and will be made available in winter.

A fresh iPhone 7 leak reinforces faith in the storage upgrade rumour doing the rounds recently. A supply chain report by TrendForce reveals that Apple may ditch the 16GB base storage variant, and upgrade it to 32GB.The TrendForce report backs rumours of a possible 256GB storage option, without specifying whether only the 'Pro' or larger 5.5-inch version will support it, and adds Apple may ditch the 64GB variant altogether, replacing it with a 128GB variant.
