In an effort to keep a hold on its massive audience, YouTube is experimenting a new messaging add-on that allows people to share and talk about video content without switching to other apps for other social networking purposes. The move comes at a time when many social media platforms are increasingly incorporating YouTube-like features to keep their user base from switching to rival apps.
