An Iowa woman was charged with child endangerment after she delivered a baby in a bathroom, tried to flush it down the toilet and then dropped it in the trash can.
Local residents of western Beijing heard a baby crying and followed the sound all the way to the bathroom, where they found the baby trapped in a pipe under a lavatory. The incident was reported to the Chinese authorities and the police officers arrived at the scene immediately, The Guardian said.
In an image that went viral, Elisha Wilson Beach is seen breastfeeding her toddler even as she is using the toilet. The image has divided the online community's opinion.
