As the June 19 Money in the Bank event approaches, observers are already talking about Styles possibly winning the event which would drag the rivalry further with Cena possibly nabbing the Summer Slam title. Both wrestlers are the best of their game in the respective worlds making Cen-Styles match a historic one.
In an effort to attract a sizeable chunk of viewers on a Tuesday night programming, WWE is positioning an immensely popular John Cena to headline its SmackDown which has long been considered as a secondary programming. Roman Reigns, on the other hand, is widely expected to lead Raw.
WWE Money in the Bank 2016 is fast approaching with six out of the seven names being confirmed for the brutal ladder match. Roman Reigns is favored to knock Seth Rollins out in the World Heavyweight ladder match and AJ Styles may still beat crowd favorite and returnee John Cena following the latter’s downbeat at Monday Night Raw at the hands of the former with some help from ‘The Club’ party crashers.
Roman Reigns is not the typical babyface WWE champion seeking adulation from the crowd. But it is precisely his loathsome figure that makes him an exciting crowd-getter for WWE.
Cageside security takes an attacking fan from his seat after punching Braun Strowman who was reportedly unhurt. Meanwhile, WWE top management is currently being urged to do more to protect its performers from assaulting wrestling fans.
