Nest, of Google, has been doing its best in connecting every gadget you own to its platform and the journey is being carried forward with the partnership with 15 other partners.
Owners of Nest thermostats will be able to monitor and control their thermostat from the Chrome browser or by using Google's app on Android and iOS devices. The latest update will let Google Now accept commands such as "OK Google, change temperature to", "set Nest to", "turn the thermostat to" and other followed by a temperature.
