Has Motorola finally announced Moto G4 and Moto G4 Plus Android 7.0 Nougat update?
Over the weekend, Lenovo announced that the recently unveiled Moto G4 is all set to go on sale in India from June 22. While there is no word on the price tag, the company has revealed that the smartphone will be exclusively available via Amazon India. With the Moto G4 Plus priced at Rs 13,499, we expect the Moto G4 to be priced around the Rs 10,000 mark. This would mean it will be up against the likes of the Xiaomi Redmi Note 3, LeEco Le 1s (Eco), and the Coolpad Note 3 Plus among others. With just a couple of days to the launch, let’s take a look at five main rivals of the Moto G4.
The competition in the budget smartphone space in India is getting interesting. Companies are regularly launching new models to compel buyers and gain dominance in the market. Along with an effective, low-cost price tag, these budget smartphones offer great value for money with premium specifications and great features. Motorola has announced that it will start selling its affordable Moto G4 in India on June 22, bringing challenge to the likes of LeEco Le 2, Le 1s Eco, Xiaomi Redmi Note 3, YU Yunicorn and others.
A lot of fear and uncertainty has surrounded Motorola since it was bought by PC giant Lenovo. Many feared that the resurgent Android smartphone maker would lose its identity, focus and style within the coddling embrace of the world’s largest PC and laptop manufacturer. Although it’s still too soon to stop worrying just yet, the fourth-generation Moto G (or the Moto G4 as Lenovo are calling it) is so good that we can at least take a breather.
There is yet to be a screamer from Motorola now owned by Lenovo in their consumer-end budget phones. Now according to a recent rumors, Moto's new phone in their "G" sequel might all be true after all.
