2015 is proving to be one hectic year for Apple. Recently after two new iPhones were launched, Apple Watch was released. According to rumors, next version of iPhone is also expected by August and in between there's WWDC 15 where the company will unveil iOS 9 and next version of its desktop operating system.
It's an accepted trend that after every subsequent iOS update, older iPhones and iPads will get slower. However, this is going to change with iOS 9, as the new version of Apple's mobile operating system is aimed at improving performance and stability, especially on older iOS devices.
New software updates, iOS 9 and OS X 10.11, from Apple will be all about "focusing on quality," according to a recent report. The iOS 9 will also focus on improving support for older devices including the ones that aren't even on sale.
