A lone Kansas gunman went on a shooting rampage killing 3 people and wounding 16 more after being served a restraining order for alleged domestic abuse of her former live-in partner.
The families of nine victims who perished in the Sand Hook school shooting filed a lawsuit against the company that made and sold the assault rifle which was used by the perpetrator, Adam Lanza.
