Bobbi Kristina Brown Update: "Murder Suspect" Nick Gordon Banned From Seeing Comatose Girlfriend

Bobbi Kristina Brown's declared husband, Nick Gordon currently released a statement saying that he desperately wanted to see her at the Emory University Hospital in Atlanta while she is still in her induced comatose stage. This statement is made despite previous restraining order from Kristina's family that the Gordon should not come near her.

"Nick has been trying, privately, to do everything he can to see Bobbi Kristina cooperatively. He has respected the family's wishes, and for that reason alone has not returned to the hospital and risked a public confrontation," Gordon's lawyers, Randall Kessler and Joe Habachy, said in a statement as cited by New York Daily News.

"...But he desperately wants to be with the one he loves and continues to hope that his request will be granted," Gordon's lawyers further said.

People recalled that Marion "Pat" Houston petitioned for a temporary protective order against Gordon in March 2014 for alleged harassment towards Kristina by sending threatening text messages and pictures of a gun that will end her life.

"The petition requested that Gordon be barred from approaching within 200 yards of Houston and her home and that he be ordered to undergo 'appropriate psychiatric or psychological services'" the report from People said.

The rule also applies to Kristina's 'immediate family.'

Meanwhile, aside from his statements released by his attorney, Nick Gordon and his representatives have not made any direct comments about the recent developments, NBC said.

Since Bobbi Kristina's accident on January 31, Nick Gordon and Whitney Houston's family were not in good terms as the latter alleged that Gordon has a part in the accident.

It is said that Nick Gordon was found applying CPR to the patient when police investigators from Georgia arrived in the crime scene. However, reports said that it is not Gordon but Max Lomas who first discovered the unconscious patient lying face in the tub.
