26-Year Old Georgia Burglar's Shocking Sex Act with a Dead Woman Caught on Camera

Cops in Georgia have arrested a man over allegations of necrophilia at a funeral home.

The incident reportedly took place at Hill Watson Peoples Funeral Service in Columbus during a break-in last week, reports Inquisitr. Surveillance videos identified the robber as Domonique Smith who shocked the cops when the video showed he also had sex with a deceased woman. The cops did not reveal the woman's identity but are said to have intimated the woman's family about the chargers against Smith.

Police arrested 26-year old Smith a day after the robbery at a vacant home, where they found stolen objects including guns and TVs in his possessions. Smith has pleaded guilty to robbery and will reappear in court to face necrophilia charges. If guilty, Smith can be sentenced to maximum 10-year imprisonment.

"The investigation led us to believe he had a sexual act with the woman's body," said Capt. Griswould without detailing what Smith did with the corpse,according to Examiner.

Columbus police and Hill Watson authorities have remained tight-lipped about the incident. Hill Watson's funeral director Cedric Hill has maintained that security is priority given that the incident is expected to have shocked the community, raising questions whether the funeral home's service can be used in future.
