Final Fantasy XV News, Update: FFXV DLC Details Revealed; Here Are The Holiday Pack Items And What They Do
Square Enix recently enticed fans with new Final Fantasy XV announcement. The video game's first downloadable content (DLC) pack will be released worldwide for free on December 22, 2016. An exciting new feature is the New Game Plus mode which lets you carry over save data from a completed playthrough into a new one. Players will also get a new Prompto-related feature where you can apply themed photo frames to photographs.
The Final Fantasy XV Holiday Pack will be downloadable for players who purchased the game on Xbox One and PS4, while a special Holiday Pack+ will be exclusive to those who acquired the Final Fantasy XV Season Pass or the Final Fantasy XV Digital Premium Edition.
According to an official Square Enix blog post, the free version of the Final Fantasy 15 Holiday Pack includes:
Warrior's Fanfare: A scroll of sheet music containing a song of jubilation that provides additional AP for earning an A+ in Offense outside of training.
Nixperience Band: A device that stops experience points from being tallied, preventing the party from leveling up for an added challenge.
Carnival Passport: An adorably adorned ticket that whisks the bearer away to a fun-filled carnival for a limited time.
Choco-Mog Tee (available late January 2017): An exclusive T-shirt featuring everyone's favorite fluffy and feathery friends. Colorful, comfy and appropriate for any carnival-goer.

Ring of Resistance: A protective piece of jewelry that renders the entire party to be resistant to magical friendly fire.
Tech Turbocharger: A device for Noctis that accelerates the tech bar replenishment rate, but freezes the Armiger bar.
