'Stranger Things Season 2' Spoilers: No Joyce Byers, Winona Ryder Taking A Whole Season Leave? Eleven Will Have A New Form?

"Stranger Things" Season 2 is still seven months away but the hype surrounding it continues to grow. According to recent reports, fans might not see Joyce Byers in the next season as Winona Ryder is taking a leave. Meanwhile, Eleven will be presented in a new form.

Joyce Byers is one of the key characters in the popular TV series. However, reports are rife that fans will miss her in season 2 because the actress playing the role is planning to take a leave. Per N4BB, Winona Ryder is negotiating with the "Stranger Things" producers to take a leave for the entire season. However, it is still unknown if her request was granted.

Many believe that Joyce will still be presented in the upcoming season but perhaps in some other forms. Speaking of this, there are rumors that Eleven will also take a different form in the new season.

It can be remembered that Millie Bobby Brown's character, Eleven vanished after she defeated the Demogorgon. However, fans still believe that she is alive as Chief James Hopper brought a crate full of Eggo Waffles in the finale. "Stranger Things" fans know that the said scene means so much. It was Eleven's favorite food. Thus, she is still alive.

Ecumenical News suggests that Brown could be giving life to another character. "He (Hopper) may understand that Eleven exists in some form. And so he's got this box out in the woods where he gives her food," David Harbour told Mirror.

Aside from having a new form, there are rumors that Eleven will be working with Billy and another new character. Billy is a confident high school student who suppresses his violent nature. Both will be working together to fight Demagorgons in "Stranger Things" Season 2.

The pair will be joined by a brand new character named Max. She is a boyish and suspicious girl who happens to be Billy's stepsister.
