Robbie Williams And Ayda Field Sued By Former Assistant For Sexual Harassment And Illegal Termination
A former personal assistant of the American movie and television actress Ayda Field and husband English songwriter and actor Robert Peter Williams better known as Robbie Williams were sued for a wrong termination. The case legal phrase describes a situation of an employee's contract of employment has been terminated by the employer due to insufficient notice or lack of grounds.
Ayda and Robbie first had an awkward date and later on got impressed with each other's company. As we look back, the couple split up as Robbie went for rehab and after the therapy, the two were back together with the help of Cameron Diaz. After four years of their relationship which started back in 2006, Williams and Field tied the knot in 2010. The two exchanged vows in a Beverly Hills mansion with a 4,659 two property compound owned by Williams. The A-list couple was blessed with adorable 4-year-old daughter Theodora Rose 'Teddy' Williams, and a 2-year-old son Charlton Valentine Williams.
Meanwhile, their personal assistant named Gilles De Bonfilhs who worked as a personal assistant in October of 2014 up to January 2015 raised claims that he was suffering from a sexual harassment from working with the 42-years-old Robbie Williams and Ayda Field, 37. The lawsuit was launched in May 2015 after Bonfilhs released allegations that Field walked around him fully naked and asked him to comment on her body. He also claimed that Field made intimate revelations of her sex life. He also asked the court to pay him $25,000 for the damages.
The couple filed a counter lawsuit in hopes to dismiss the case. After the hearing was suspended, a Judge will rule if the singer should provide evidence in January. Even though Williams admitted that he was tired and bit burnt from his hectic schedule, he makes sure that he is always on his wife side as they face the lawsuit following the trial date on February 16, 2017.
