Looking For A Cheaper Xbox One S and PS4? Best Buy Is On Sale; News And Prices Here
Good news for gamers and shoppers! Starting this Sunday, December 11th, Best Buy will be selling the Xbox One S and the PlayStation 4 at a very affordable price of only $249.99. Last week, Best Buy offered a special two-day sale on Apple gear, and now, they are back with another big time sale that many gamers and buyers will surely shop this Christmas season.
Sony previously announced that the company had sold over 50 million units of PS4, while Microsoft, on the other hand, has shipped out over 1 million Xbox One consoles this November according to some industry sources. In the previous weeks, many retailers aside from Best Buy had sold both the Xbox One and PS4 for just $249.99 including a few gaming promotions in their Black Friday and Cyber Monday sales.
Andrew House, president and global CEO of Sony Interactive Entertainment (SIE) said, "We are truly delighted that the PS4 community continues to flourish since launch three years ago". He continued, "We first brought you this deal during Black Friday weekend, and it was incredibly successful for PS4 sales, so we chose to bring it back this month".
For a reminder, while some bundles will be sold at only $249.99 on Sunday, others will not have the same said price since it will be depending on the storage capacity. Shoppers will expect bundles of either console at 500GB versions to be priced at $249.99 only. And even though the new PS4 Pro is not included in the offer, buyers will still be getting the awesome PS4 bundle for a very affordable price. It has been announced that PS4 Pro retails for $399.99 today.
Best Buy will offer cheap prices if buyers are lucky to find them. Also, PlayStation Plus December 2016 games have already gone live, as Sony provided an update on the PS Plus lineup.
