Victoria's Secret has already took action about the racism incident at one of their stores in Oxford. Their store employee at the Quintard Mall has been allegedly fired after kicking out two black women without valid reason.

According to Cosmopolitan, Kimberly Houzah and another black woman at the Victoria's Secret were asked to leave the store after another black woman was caught stealing. After the incident, Houzah posted a video on her Facebook account which quickly became viral.

On the video, Houzah explained that the store manager caught a black woman stealing and asked her to leave. Afterwards, she and another black woman were asked to leave the store as well. Houzah said that she asked the store manager named Faith why, but she could not give them any reason.

The video, which is approximately 11 minutes, shows Houzah's reaction on the incident. Houzah explained that she and the other black woman did not go to the store together, that all three of them just happened to be in the same place at the same time, and yet the manager assumed that she is with them, CNN reports.

Houzah was in tears why she was taking the video, and added that she does not want to feel like everyone is racist and she does not think that everyone is, but somehow, it is still question for her as to why such things should happen to her.

According to Yahoo!, what made Houzah feel bad is that she and the other woman were not even asked to have their bags checked and it was not confirmed that they were with the shoplifter but still, they were asked to leave the store.

Meanwhile, Victoria's Secret has announced on Facebook that the store manager is no longer affiliated with the company. The management also apologized about what happened and explained that the incident does not justify what the company really is, and what they stand for.
