Lady Gaga Have PTSD, Telling Everyone 'There Is Hope And A Chance For Recovery'

There's no doubt that the American singer Lady Gaga had a big heart to all the people who are suffering from an illness. The reason that the singer is reaching out to people who have a mental illness is because she had the same sufferings.

Working night and day, even the star like Lady Gaga is not excluded from having anxiety and mental disorder. She wants to be an inspiration to others, spreading the news that people can survive even with a Mental illness. The singer recently visited the LGBTQ community, where she shared some songs which included the "Million Reasons" track to somehow give kindness to the youngsters. Lady Gaga found the will to cope up with the illness through giving others happiness and sharing kindness. She shows on LGBTQ community a meditation that helps her calm when anxiety attack.

Lady Gaga let herself reach out to the communities who suffered a traumatic experience or an illness so she can understand more her anxiety. On the "Born this Way" singer foundation site, there is an open letter posted from Lady Gaga regarding her diagnosis of Post Traumatic Stress Disorder.

Finally, she got the courage to tell everyone that she have PTSD with five years of chronic pain She told this disorder not to get a pity from others but rather an inspiration to people who is going in the same situation and telling everyone that there is a hope and chance to recover.  

Lady Gaga was well known to have a weird taste on the things she wears but from here is where she proves that she have a big heart. On the letter stated Lady Gaga will continue inspiring others, "I seek to raise awareness that this mental illness affects all kinds of people, including our youth. I pledge not only to help our youth not feel ashamed of their own conditions but also to lend support to those servicemen and women who suffer from PTSD. No one's invisible pain should go unnoticed."
