'Agents of SHIELD' Season 4, Episode 8 [Spoilers]: What is Aida's True Intention? Is She A Friend Or A Foe?

SPOILERS ALERT: Spoilers for Season 4, Episode 8 of Marvel's Agents of SHIELD, "The Laws of Inferno Dynamics," will be discussed below.

In a report by GameSpot, Eli Morrow needs to be stopped by SHIELD as he in possession of the power to create matter out of nothing. "Agents of SHIELD" Ghost Rider and Daisy Johnson were tasked to spearhead the mission by Director Mace despite that their identity from the public must be kept in secrecy. Aida's almost involvement in the mission was suggested by Mace in which Coulson decides to reveal she is, in fact, an android created by Dr. Radcliffe.

Meanwhile, Mack and Elena's relationship progresses as Mack becomes protective when Elena is almost killed. After a sharing session, the two got closer as they kiss after surviving the battle, as recapped by Forbes.

Robbie was trapped inside a failsafe box created by Morrow. As he transforms into Ghost Rider, he got impaled due to a carbon spike created by his uncle. After a brief action, Eli then ends up inside the box with Ghost Rider. Coulson attempted to rescue hum by throwing a chain to Robbie to pull him out. Ghost Rider decides to drop the chain and hold onto his uncle. The failsafe goes off but is contained thanks to Aida creating another portal beneath. Unfortunately, both Morrow and Ghost Rider are gone in "Agents of SHIELD".

Morrow assumed he was able to create matter from nothing. But he discovered that he was only stealing matter from another dimension. Consequently, it resulted in a seismic activity growing in intensity. Daisy absorbed and expelled the energy. Mace quickly created a cover story that she was really working undercover in order to take down the anti-Inhuman group, the Watchdogs. She now is back in SHIELD with agent status in "Agents of SHIELD".

According to CinemaBlend, suspicions surround Aida. In one particular scene, she comes up from behind, apologizes, and snaps Mace's neck. An unconscious and bloody Agent May is hidden inside her closet. Is Aida an evil villain?

Fans have to wait until January 10th to find out what is next for the agents. "Agents of SHIELD " returns to ABC on Tuesdays at 10 p.m. ET in 2017.
