‘Final Fantasy XV’ Guide On Royals Arms: Their Descriptions and Locations Revealed

Square Enix’s new video game, “Final Fantasy XV” has just been released and it has already been a week since avid fans all over the world played the game. This guide will tackle the main questions of acquiring the Royal Arms. The journeys are disguised as side quests and are essential for Noctis to reclaim his right to the throne.

Royals Arms Acquired Through Main Story

The game requires Noctis to obtain 13 powerful Royal Arms. Some through the guidance of the main story, others as hidden side quests. The first one will be handed to him after he meets up with Cor in the Tombs of the Wise as part of the main story as Cor introduces the concept of Royal Arms to Noctis.

There are seven Arms that will be obtained through the main story. The Sword of the Wise will be the first obtainable weapon as soon as Cor reveals the location of a secret dungeon in Keycatrich Trench. The other Royal Arms, which the game will reveal the locations for Noctis are Axe of Conqueror, Sword of the Wanderer, Blade of the Mystic, Katana of the Warrior, Trident of the Oracle, and Sword of the Father.

Optional: Royal Arms In Hidden Quests

The Bow of the Clever resides in the depths of the Balouve Mines. It is just before the road opens to the cliffs that leads to Galdin Quay. Look for the huge yellow pipes.

The Mace of the Fierce is found in the Rock of Ravatogh. It is along the path of the volcano. Head towards a large area where a nest can be found and look for a narrow space that leads to the tomb where the sword is.

The Scepter of the Pious is located near where the Mace of the Fierce is situated. The dungeon is in Malmalam Thicket. It is southwest of the said volcano.

The Star of Rogue is located in the Myrlwood Dungeon. It is southwest of Vesperpool. The easiest Royal Arms to obtain is the Shield of Just as Noctis only need to find it and grab it. It is located within Thommel’s Glade, west of The Disc.

Finally, the Greatsword of the Tall is located in Costlemark Tower. It was supposed to be in the Tomb of the Tall but someone got a hold of it and moved it. The Costlemark Tower is located between Kettier Highland and The Fallgrove.
