Telltale's ‘Walking Dead Season 3’ Gameplay Updates: ‘The New Frontier’ Releasing 2 Episodes On Same Day, Dec 20, 2016.

With good reception of the "Walking Dead" series, it has extended its stay up to Season 7 with the patronage of its followers. The plot of zombie apocalypse storylines is so popular that fans enjoy the series. One of these expansions of the "Walking Dead" is the creation of a video game created by Telltale called "The New Frontier".

The new game was supposed to be released last November. The last episode of Season 2 was delayed which cause the postponement of "Walking Dead Season 3" to December 20, 2016.

IGN reported that video gamers may access the downloadable copy of "Walking Dead Season 3" Episode 1 for XBox One, PS4, XBox 360, PC, PS3 and iOS platforms. Gamers may acquire actual copies of the first episode that will be available on February 7, 2017.

The setting of "Walking Dead Season 3" begins with a Hispanic family whose grandfather became the first casualty to the plague. Society is dead and the undead are roaming the streets to feed. The living is being hunted for food as the horde don't recognize anyone when they are mastered by the pangs of hunger.

The broken communities turn to survival in small lumps of existence as they themselves are in need of nourishment. The living have to survive too.

A new playable role is new for the "Walking Dead Season 3". The role of Javier is interestingly playable. The game takes the player to meet a young girl who had terribly lost a family herself. Her name is Clementine and the providential crossing of paths are bound to be. The storyline featured in a game is the decisions that the gamer makes will be his destiny and that could be the last as well as narrated in an article in Polygon.

CEO and co-founder Kevin Brunner made an announcement during the 2016 Game Awards, saying that the first two episodes of the five episode installment will be released on that same day. Brunner further stated that the premiere being so large, two episodes had to be released as announced in an article in PCInvasion.

The "Walking Dead Season 3" gameplay will entirely be released for Android, XBox One, XBox 360, PC, iOS, Play Station 3, Play Station 4 and Mac platforms.
