The very long wait is over for NES Classic fanatics. Yesterday, Toys R Us stores across the U.S. were jam-packed with crowds hoping to un-box their first NES Minis. Some went out happy clutching a box of the hottest toy in town while many left empty-handed. But fret not dear parents and gaming fanatics, a new batch of supply will be sold online by Urban Outfitters today!

Why is the fashion retailer cashing on the nostalgic NES Classic, which had gone sold out minutes after it was launched last month? Fox19 Now reported on this development, announcing that Urban Outfitters will be selling the game systems online beginning today.

According to Schaeffer's Investment Research, Urban Outfitters' move to stock the NES Classic Edition is a calculated business decision. It is aimed to tap consumers' affinity for nostalgia that might help the trendy retailer's performance in the stock market. There should be a study on the economic impact or contribution of the NES Mini then.

A spokesperson for the clothing company shared that the retro game system will be only available on the company's website, Urban Outfitters.com. Shoppers are advised not to visit Urbanfitters stores because there will be no stocks at the retailer's brick-and-mortar locations.

Urban Outfitters is yet to provide a link on its website that will enable buyers to pre-order units of Nintendo NES Classic. To increase purchasing chances, consumers are told to be online at midnight of December 5. The retailer might activate the order link on or before December 6 so refreshing the internet browser will be helpful today.

Meanwhile, GameStop locations across the U.S. are starting to receive more stock of the NES Classic Edition, according to News Every Day. This has been confirmed by the website Nintendoeverything.com, which announced that some stocks on hand are available since November 30.
