There are many ways to get through the "Final Fantasy XV" combat with the use of its royal weapons. For one, the "Sword of the Wise" serves as a regular sword in the game and its Blitz Combo is what produces the strongest and most efficient damage to its enemies. "Scepter of the Pious" uses magic stat in damage calculation which performs a two-hit aerial warp strike. Its Blitz Combos depend on the direction of the hit, with different effects on which enemies it lays its hands on.
"Star of the Rogue" acts as a long-range pair of daggers which has a warp-strike multi-hit that comes to an end with a backward oblique flip. This royal arm allows directional aerial attacks during the Blitz, and has a maximum range of 130 feet for regular attacks while 65 feet for warp-strikes. "Mace of the Fierce" is used like a greatsword, to which it has slow and linear attacks that can weaken the enemies down but it won't necessarily break them. First is the "Shield of the Just," "Bow of the Clever," "Sword of the Tall," "Mace of the Fierce," "Scepter of the Pious," and "Star of the Rogue."
