‘Sister Wives’ Season 7 Episode 3 News & Update: Will Mykelti Delay Her Wedding?

Kody Brown with his four wives Meri, Janelle, Robyn and Christine and their 17 combined children are trying to live a ‘normal’ life in a society that shuns their lifestyle. Each half hour episode exposes the inner working of a polygamist household revealing the unexpectedly tight-knit and loving relationship between Kody’s wives.

According to Inquistr, last week of “Sister Wives” fans got to see that Mykelti Brown is planning to get married. Kody is not thrilled about another wedding so close to Maddie’s because it will be hard for the family financially. Kody Brown has no choice but to tell Mykelti to delay her wedding and he is going to try everything he can to get his way. Kody will go to St. George, Utah to have a lunch with Padron. They will talk about the wedding among other things and Kody will explain to Padron he wants the wedding to be put off. Kody will make it all sound like this Is what is best for Mylekti and that is the reason he wants to do it. Kody got his way and the wedding will probably be in December or even later.

According to US Magazine, Kody is explaining to Tony that if the wedding is in August, there won’t be enough time to make it special. He wants for them to wait until spring but he thinks the good compromise would be December. Tony defended his girlfriend saying December is a long time away and that the expenses in December will be much bigger.

According to The Hollywood Gossip, Meri couldn’t help but get jealous of her husband’s other wives. Kody desperately wanted to have more children but she couldn’t get pregnant and wasn’t interested in getting any medical assistance with her fertility. Their relationship didn’t improve and they actually ended up getting divorced because Meri was his first and only legally married to him. Meri divorced him so he could marry Robyn and adopt her three children from her previous marriage. However, Meri and Kody remained married spiritually but things got worse when she got jealous of other wives and now they only speak to each other with a therapist in their presence.

“Sister Wives” season 8 started airing on Sunday, November 27 on TLC.
