According to a report, Barbara Kean has slowly become a manipulative psychopath in "Gotham" Season 3. She used to be Jim Gordon's (Jim McKenzie) fiancé in the series. Her intentions are evil and she wants to be the queen of the underworld. It is likely that Barbara will transform into Harley Quinn in the future.

There are hints that a family member of Gordon is going to be introduced in "Gotham" Season 3. This new family member is Frank Gordon who happens to be Jim's uncle in the series. The character will be portrayed by James Remar. This episode will also be directed by McKenzie who is playing the role of Jim Gordon in the show.
