Players need to have a male and female Pokemon and then leave them in the Nursery for them to breed. However, the breeding couple must be in the same Egg group. And just like romantic relationships in real life, they need to like each other before they can breed. Players can talk to the Ranch Girl if they want to know the relationship status, er-how close the male and female Pokemon are at the moment.
How to get Pokemon Eggs in Pokemon Sun and Moon
As soon as the players have left a male and female Pokemon in Pokemon Sun and Moon Nursery, the breeding starts. Now, players must direct their Ride Pokemon with Ride Pager to run all the way to the long road right of Paniola Ranch. Why? Breeding takes a lot of time and in this case, the duration is measured by the number of steps the trainer makes. If players want, they can move on with their adventure but must return to the Nursery to check on your Pokemon egg.
How to know if the Pokemon Egg is ready
Return to the Pokemon Sun and Moon Ranch Girl out in front of the Nursery. Now if her arms are crossed as the player passes by, the Pokemon egg is already available to collect. The player must go talk to her to claim the Pokemon egg.
The Pokemon pair in the Nursery will keep on producing eggs so just leave them in the Nursery (highly-recommended).
