"Screen Junkies' 'Honest Trailer' Rudolph The Red-Nosed Reindeer; One Of Santa's Elves Gay? A Christmas Classic That Is Not What It Seems;

Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer is now the latest "victim" of Screen Junkies' internet series Honest Trailers.

Screen Junkies sang in the entire video, rewriting the words to the famous holiday tune to make fun at what they dubbed as Teenage Mutant Red-Nosed Reindeer.

In their honest trailer, Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer is about a young reindeer, one of Santa's elf slave and their "group of freaks." The trailer went far by saying that the beloved family classic is actually weirder and more depressing than what viewers remember what it is.

According to the narrator, which was voiced by Jon Bailey, 1964 Rudolph the Red-Nose Reindeer is so much weirder than he remembers.

Following their tradition, the honest trailer also gave the characters an "honest" name fitted for the movie. For example, Rudolph was named Dat Nose Knows Does Dow and Yukon Cornelius as the Red Beard Hipster.

Just like what they did with previous movies that are remembered with their music like Frozen, Les Miserables, and The Lion King, Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer received the "honest treatment" through singing. Honest Trailer rewrote the classic song's lyrics.

The song starts by describing the prepubescent reindeer had a neon whistling nose and when some people sees it, their tiny mind is blown away.

The video added more funny "honest" observation like other reindeer treating him like he has the plague. The trailer also said that he was exiled because of Santa's rage.

For the movie's side characters, the song introduced the Yukon the Woodsman and Hermey the Elf. They said Hermey the Elf, who said that he wants to be a dentist than an elf, is subtle in saying that he wants to be gay.

They even noticed Yukon the Woodsman and his weird mannerism of licking his tool for finding metals. The trailer said it would be odd that Rudolph and Hermey ran into "this fool."

The conclusion of the trailer? The simple story has been twisted and went on hyperdrive.
