Dragon Ball Super Episode 67 has concluded, and viewers were able to witness the mighty heroes defeat the immortal god Zamasu. It started off with Trunks slicing Zamasu's body into a half, and as predicted Zamasu is still no over.

After Trunks sliced Zamasu's body, the sky was covered with dark clouds with countless faces of Zamasu. Goku charged into Super Saiyan Blue, but his Ki was canceled, same with Vegeta. Kaioshin then explained that their bodies are too weak to proceed with Super Saiyan Blue. Trunks were able to change in his super Saiyan form, and together with Goku and Vegeta, they charged. Goku fires his Kamehameha, Trunks's his Gulick Gun, and Vegeta's. Their power was useless, later then the clouds firing up powerful blasts that wiped out the entire future timeline. Zamasu's clouds are visible from the present timeline. Kid Trunks and everyone in the Capsule Corporation can see Zamasu's face, and Beerus and Whis were able to determine that there is something wrong in the present world. Beerus stated that Zamasu is affecting the present timeline like what Goku Black did when he attacked the time ring.

When the clouds are clear, Trunks can't sense everyone's Ki. It was said that they are the only survivors left in the future earth. Goku's fighting spirit arise and refuses to give up. He then searches for some senzu beans in his pocket but was able to reach the Zeno button. Goku then asks Kaioshin if Zeno is alive in the future timeline. Kaioshin thinks Zeno is around since no one can defeat the Omni-King. Goku then pressed the button, and Zeno appeared. The Zeno who appeared is from the future timeline, and have never met Goku before. Zeno questioned Goku about the future timeline, and describe it as a wreck. He finds Zamasu's face annoying, and with Goku request to wipe out Zamasu's clouds, but Zeno seems to destroy the entire future earth.

They later then run into the time machine and returned to the present timeline. While Kaioshin and Gowasu used their time ring to escape. Everyone was able to return safely to the present timeline, and Future Mai was able to meet her past self and Trunks. Beerus and Whis then appeared and later then told Gowasu to choose a much better pupil.

With Trunks and Mai's world destroyed, Goku thought of a good idea. He then asks to return in the future timeline with Trunks and look for the Omni-King. They then returned and ask Kaioshin if they can bring them to the Zen Palace. They then found themselves in Zeno's palace, and Zeno met his future self and has found someone to play with. The idea was with great approval from the Great Priest who turned out to be Whis' Father.

That night, back in the Capsule Corporation, Whis thought about creating another alternate timeline so that Trunks and Mai can return to their own timeline. Beerus was in disagreement towards Whis plan, but since Whis explained that he already created a new time ring when he destroyed Zamasu.

Whis plan is to return Trunks into this alternate timeline and destroy Zamasu, Mafuba style. The plan is to create a new timeline where no one was killed Zamasu, but Trunks and Mai will have a duplicate of themselves. Mai is totally fine with it since she can live with the person she loved again. Gowasu then returned to Universe 10 and put the time ring away. Saying their goodbyes, Trunks and Mai are off. Gohan and Piccolo then catch up and said their goodbye as well.
