Jeremy Renner’s Wife of 10 Months Files for Divorce

Hollywood actor, Jeremy Renner and his wife of 10 months, Canadian model Sonni Pacheco are divorcing.

According to the divorce papers filed earlier this month in Los Angeles, Pacheco cited irreconcilable differences. The model also stated that their prenuptial agreements were based on fraud and should be voided.

PEOPLE Magazine reported that Pacheco has asked Renner, 43, for her passport, birth certificate and Social Security Card. The model stated that her passport was stolen. Pacheco wants the Oscar-nominated actor to pay for her moving costs and rent.

Pacheco also wants physical custody of their 21-month-old daughter, Ava Berlin as well as spousal support and continued use of their Range Rover. Renner will have joint custody with visitation rights.

The couple exchanged vows quietly earlier this year. On the papers, Pacheco listed Jan. 13 as the date of their marriage and Nov. 29 as the date of separation. Over the course of their marriage, the couple has remained very private.

"I have tried to protect my family's privacy, my wife's privacy. I don't need her to get hammered with my life," Renner told Capitol File magazine while confirming his marriage in September of last year. "Privacy issues are important because I want her to go about her day without being bothered."

In regards to becoming a father, Renner had said, "It's the best thing I have ever done-doing it later on in life. By then I achieved a lot of things that I wanted to achieve; I'm so blessed for that. Now I can really spend time with the family. The only thing I think about when I'm not with my baby is, How do I get to my baby? I need to get to her, and I'm very miserable when I don't see her. I really love being a father."

Jenner is known for his roles in hit movies, Hurt Locker, The Avengers and American Hustle. Jenner's rep has not commented on the separation.
