‘The Flash’ Season 3 Episode 7 News, Spoilers & Updates: ‘Heroes’ Star Greg Grunberg Debuts In ‘The Flash’ In ‘Killer Frost’ Episode
“The Flash” is getting more and more exciting every episode. More characters and villains are coming in, crossovers with other show; the show is now getting unpredictable. In “The Flash” Season 3 Episode 7, Killer Frost will be unleashed.
One of the favorite “Heroes” cast, Greg Grunberg, will be returning into the superhero scene as Central City Police Department Detective Tom Patterson. Grunberg was cast in a recurring role and will make his first appearance in the upcoming episode of “The Flash” titled “Killer Frost” which will be directed by Kevin Smith.
According to Digital Spy, Greg Grunberg will be playing a lawman, which isn’t something new for the actor since he portrayed the role of LAPD and the NYPD cop with telekinetic powers as Matt Parkman in “Heroes”. The question on whether he’ll have powers as Tom Patterson in “The Flash” is still unknown, but a possibility.
In the “The Flash” Season 3 Episode 7 where Tom first appears, The Flash (Grant Gustin) is faced with a horrible conflict. According to Cinema Blend, his friend Caitlin Snow (Danielle Panabaker), is starting to unleash the villain in her, her destructive alter-ego known as Killer Frost.
According to International Business Times, Caitlin’s (Danielle Panabaker) inner Killer Frost will be unleashed. It’s caused by her rescuing Barry (Grant Gustin) where she used her power to save him. When her metahuman self takes over her conscious mind, Killer Frost is released. In rage, she looks for Doctor Alchemy and ends up with a fight against Barry and Cisco (Carlos Valdes).
As seen in the trailer for “The Flash” Season 3 Episode 7, The Flash was hesitant in fighting Caitlin since she is his friend. It was also hinted that Caitlin blames Barry for her unfortunate transformation saying “You keep messing with everyone’s lives… You did this to me! You make me cold, Barry.”
“The Flash” Season 3 Episode 7 airs on Tuesday, Nov. 22.
