In line with this, Hollywood Life consulted a plastic surgeon to verify if Kim Kardashian really did get a butt reduction surgery. According to the report, Dr. Youn said that a surgical buttock is a very uncommon operation. He also said that the reason why Kim Kardashian's butt looked smaller on the photo posted on Media Takeout's report is because it was either edited or Kim K. has lost a lot of weight. The plastic surgeon also mentioned that Kim Kardashian underwent an x-ray that she did not have buttock implants. "So I doubt removal of buttock implants is causing her change in appearance. More likely, she's just lost a few pounds and the weight came off her butt," he added.
