A player has discovered several "Grand Theft Auto 6" (GTA) Easter Eggs in GTA 5 that contain information on GTA 6's release as well as possible settings or locations. This confirms the rumors that developer Rockstar Games has been keeping information in GTA 5 that fans have not been aware of.

According to iTech Post, the eggs provide clues to the details of GTA 6 whose release has been sidelined by Rockstar Games' decision to prioritize another popular game "Red Dead Redemption 2." Rockstar Games has remained mum on the launch of GTA 6.

"International Business Times" reported that the Easter eggs were discovered by YouTube user Sernandoe that will provide players topics pertaining and relevant to "Grand Auto Theft 6." Sernandoe revealed that he unearthed release information on the sixth installment of GTA.

The YouTuber believes that Rockstar Games has something under the table with regard to the development of GTA 6. This juicy information is all hidden in GTA 5's game files. However, Rockstar did not confirm the details discovered from the eggs.

To find the Easter egg for GTA 6 release date, players are advised to go to the Los Santos airport in GTA 5. A door at the airport will lead to a GTA 6 Easter egg that is marked "2021," which players surmise as the game's target game release. This has disappointed fans who have posit themselves for a 2018 or 2019 release.

Speculations before had put London as the setting of GTA 6. Players can find the Easter egg for GTA 6 in London in a skating arena in GTA 5. One corner of the arena's wall features an embedded image, which has an inscription of 'Liberty Rock,' which resembles the English capital.

Sernandoe created a YouTube video explaining the GTA 6 Easter eggs that he had discovered. You can see the embedded video below for more guidance.
