Microsoft is expected to release highly anticipated "Surface Phones" in April 2017, per reports. The rumors and leaks are suggesting that the phone would carry best-in-market specs and some innovative features to pull more customers to its line. Interestingly, the recent success of its PC series including Surface Studio and other Surface devices have raised the expectations of the fans sky high.
It is reported that the Microsoft has dropped it Windows series phone and the new Surface Phone would take the seat of it. It was initially reported that the phone was expected to release in 2016, but, now the release has been pulled back to April 2017. The recent leak says that the Surface Phone is reportedly coming in 4 GB, 6 GB, and 8 GB RAM variants. The phone, featuring Windows 10 in it would be powered by Intel Kaby Lake processors. Some rumors suggesting that the upcoming Surface Phone display would be of 4K resolution, which makes it an excellent device to provide to visual treat to watch high-resolution videos and play games. The new entrant into Surface family would be built in glass and would match any device in the market by look and design.
