Woman Ingests Crack from Vagina Later Dies of Medical Distress
A woman who ingested drugs from a bottle lodged inside her vagina succumbed to medical distress on Monday.
According to CBS Local, 31-year old April Rollison of Sebring was arrested along with three others on December 16 for possession of narcotics. A scan at the Polk County Jail showed two objects including a crack pipe lodged inside her cavity. The cops took her Bartow Regional Medical Center to have the objects removed.
Before hospital staff could begin extraction of the objects, Rollison reportedly pulled out a bottle of crack and ingested its contents. After removal of crack pipe she was handed over to the cops who took her to jail and proceeded to charge her.
As she was being charged, she began to experience medical distress and was hospitalized, Daily Mail reported. Authorities reportedly found traces of cocaine on the floor where the woman had received attention in the hospital. Rollison succumbed Monday morning.
The woman's family said Rollison has been a drug user since she was 12 and the family had no contact with her for the last two years, Mirror reported. Rollison has had charges filed against her in the past which resulted in arrests.
During her last arrest, she tested positive for methamphetamine, cocaine and marijuana. An autopsy would be performed on the body to determine the cause of death.
