There are reports that “Steven Universe” will come back with continuation of season 4, but no one is sure exactly when.

For now, according to Christian Daily, the main theory is that the episodes will come back in the month of November and will be launched around Thanksgiving Day. Another fans’ expectation about “Steven Universe” is the appearance of a new fusion. Some speculate the fusion will be between Peridot and Lapis Lazuli, but others hope it will be between Peridot and Steven.

This has stricken a big debate on a few internet platforms, which has separated the fandom in two and the only solution to this problem is the final release of the new episode.

Can “Steven Universe” actually have been canceled and scrapped? Morning News USA has released an article on the issue and even though filled with positivism, it does not revel pleasant facts. First is that “Steven Universe” Season 3 has had pretty low rating on Cartoon Network, so producers have decided to stop production and scrap future episodes.

Another fact supporting this claim is the sudden drop in popularity of the series on online platform IMDB. This may come to as a strong blow to fandom of the series, which has already shown an outrage towards the possible scrapping of the series.

CBS News shares the stories of people affected by these series. It is not only the viewers, but cast of the series themselves, who have testified for the strong effect, the series have had on them. Shelby Rabara, the voice of Peridot explains how the character she voices helped her struggle with her everyday problems. Since both of them share similar characters and everyday problems, the close relation between the two has helped the actress control her own temper and deal better with the problems which she faces on everyday basis.

No matter what happens to the series, "Steven Universe," it has already had a good and impactful run.
