Mark Salling Under investigation For Accused Rape Case; Co-stars Not Shocked at All!

Mark Salling, former Glee star from 2009 to 2015 is now in the pit of another controversial allegation. Salling was indicted on child pornography charges, before the rape report allegation.

Salling was arrested in December 2015 because of child pornography, and he was indicted on two child porn charges in May of 2016. Salling pleaded not guilty to the accusations. His ex-girlfriend Roxanne accused her of forcing himself on her. But the case was settled after the actor paid her over $ 2.7 million.

But now he is currently being investigated for rape after a 22-year-old woman claimed that Salling force himself on her. The woman said that she and Salling had been dating for months before the incident took place.

According to TMZ, the woman says that she was a 22- year old virgin at that time. She also stated that she agreed to have intercourse with Salling. But just when they entered the room, she suddenly changed her mind and realized that she did not want to have sex with him. So then she said, "I can't do this." But even if she refuses to, the actor allegedly forced himself on her anyway.

The 22-year-old filed this police report in April of 2016, four years after the incident took place. She said that she found the courage to report the alleged crime after Salling was arrested for possession of child pornography. The L.A. County D.A. is deciding whether charges should be filed against the actor.

But last October 31, 2016, the L.A. County District Attorney rejected the rape case against the actor Mark Salling, Because of insufficient evidence and lack of corroboration. Aside from that the cased filed four years late after the alleged incident. If the Los Angeles PoliceDepartment discovers more evidence in the future, the case could be reopened again.

Meanwhile, Mark Salling still don't want to give any statement about the allegation.
