‘Resident Evil 7: Biohazard’ Latest: It Is Expected To Get The Biggest Sales, Find Out More

"Resident Evil 7: Biohazard" will post double sales according to predictionss. The game is scheduled for release on Jan. 24, 2017 and is expected to get almost 4 million sales. Resident Evil 7 is planned to release on Xbox One, PlayStation 4 and Microsoft Windows. The game is the eleventh installment of survival horror game series "Resident Evil".

While projecting the sales forecast of Resident Evil 7, the report also mentions "Dead Rising 4" and "Monster Hunter XX" with 2 million copies each. The Dead Rising 4 gets released on Dec. 6, 2016 in North America, while the later gets released only in Japan on March 18, 2017, reports Gamespot. Since the release of Monster Hunter is confirmed only on the last week of October, further revelations in the coming weeks would confirm the details of North America release.

The free demo version of Resident Evil 7 for PS4 has reached 4 million downloads by Oct. 15. The latest trailer for Resident Evil 7 Volume 6 which is titled as "The Immortal", shows the Jack Baker got back even after being hit by bullets, depicting him as immortal in the trailer, cited by Game Rant. The trailer has created enough hype on how challenging the game is.

It is reported that the publisher is looking to cover-up the sales shortage it experienced in "Street Fighter V" through the sales of Resident Evil 7. Though it was estimated that the game would get two million sales, it got only 1.4 million, reported by WWG. The game had incomplete structure upon release and many of the fans complained about it.

Resident Evil 7 won't be just another game according to its trailer and judging from the response from the fans as well. It is important to note that the projection is not lifetime sales of the game, but it is just the release sales of the game. The users of PlayStation VR can be happy that the virtual reality version of Resident Evil 7 will be theirs exclusively for 12 months from its release.
