Fans Launched A Campaign ‘We Want A Season 4 Of Girl Meets World’ Amidst Rumor Of Cancellation – Stars Hinted Show Not Returning
Rumors had been circulating that "Girl Meets World" Season 3 is going to be its last and final season. The rumors started after a twitter was posted stating the remaining episodes of the series for this season.
Girl Meets:
World Of Terror 3
Her Monster
Hollyworld
A Christmas Maya
World Meets Girl
Sweet 16
Goodbye— Girl Meets Writers (@GMWWriters) October 10, 2016
At the end, the last line state "Goodbye." Many presumed that it is not the title of the last episode, but instead, it's a subtle way of saying goodbye to the fans of the show. The rumors had not been confirmed nor deny by the creators of the show.
Fans of the show already launched a campaign at Change.org to petition the return of "Girl Meets World" for another season 4. The petition is set to be delivered to The Walt Disney Company. To date, there are at least 16,000 supporters to this petition.
It was reported by TV Line that "Girl Meets World" season 3 will air until 2017 and the cast and crew already wrapped up production. Still there's no news if Disney Channel is going to give the show another season. The stars of the show have been tight lipped about it as well but they've been dropping hints that the show is never coming back. Uriah Shelton, who plays the role of Joshua Matthew posted a picture of the whole cast with a caption that says, "Thanks guys. I'm going to miss you."

Rowena Blanchard also posted an emotional but cryptic tweet about the status of "Girl Meets World." Blanchard stated that filming the last episode for season 3 has been very emotional for all the cast and crew of the series.
