‘Tokyo Ghoul’ Air Date, News & Update: Anime Filled With Speculations; Series In Grave Trouble?

The fans are hoping for the much-awaited popular anime "Tokyo Ghoul" Season 3 to be aired this year, but it seems that its not coming out anytime soon. 

It seems that the avid fans were disappointed when "Tokyo Ghoul" Season 2 was almost completely changing the direction away from the original source. This anime series is widely followed and maintain its massive fan base in spite of many criticisms.

The air date of the upcoming "Tokyo Goal" season 3 is not affirmed. Even the creators behind the anime series remains mum on the matter. However, claims are arising from the different viewers and followers including the incorporation of bloody wars and blood bath. In spite of  the rumors, it is anticipated that the series will follow the manga's story arc, according to GamenGuide.

It is also relayed that "Tokyo Ghoul" season 3 would showcase Ken and his present trials of forgotten memory. The storyline is also expected to focus on Touka's stumbling block with a new environment.

At the same time, the followers are also expecting that the season 3 of the coming "Tokyo Ghoul" will give the exact connections of the previous season 2.  Last season, the viewers witnessed how the main character Ken Kaneki was being kidnapped by some of the ghouls. From that situation, there are many possibilities that may occur for this coming next season, like hiding himself. He might act as a police investigator under Sasaki, according to Breathe Cast.

For all the speculations being mentioned, there has been no confirmation from the series creators. The official air date has yet to be announced regarding its return. Also, the episodes of "Tokyo Ghoul" 3  is presumed to follow the manga arc closely.
