NBA Trade Rumors: Nerlens Noel - Kelly Olynyk Trade Is Getting Closer?; The Sixers Are Ready To Part Ways With Noel?
With just a couple of days to go before the NBA 2016-2017 season starts, non-stop NBA trade rumors are existing and even spreading around. It's no secret that Nerlens Noel of the Sixers is on the hot seat is now rumored to be traded possibly to the Boston Celtics for Kelly Olynyk.
As Sportrageous reported, a new NBA traded existed involving Nerlens Noel that will send him to the Boston Celtics. Noel was vocal for the last week, especially the issue with the Sixers having a logjam in center position. Nerlens Noel will be joining the offense first Jahlil Okafor and the 2-way center Joel Embiid this season that he believed will give them a battle at playing time. Noel even mentioned that one of them must move by the management.
As per the Boston Celtics, they are currently looking for a prominent rim protector that can let Al Horford play the power forward position and preserve his stamina to handle the offense. In the previous reports, Boston Celtics GM Danny Ainge said that the team is open for any deal that can improve their current roster as they battle against the clubs in the Eastern Conference.

According to the Boston Celtics Blog, a possible NBA trade scenario involving Nerlens Noel and Kelly Olynyk would be a good trade for both teams. While Noel can provide the rim protection that Celtics need, Kelly Olynyk will also be an X-Factor for the Sixers as he can spread the floor for the offense and can defend the post though is not known for denying shots.
Recently, the Sixers said in a report that they are sending Nerlens Noel on the NBA trade block as they are shopping him. Eventually the Sixers are looking to trade Noel for a shooting guard. The Sixers obviously doesn't have a promising shooting guard that is reliable to start.
The Sixers are now packed with a couple of bigmen, a roster that can slow them down as they could possibly end up without a true go-to-guy in the post. They also added Ben Simmons which stands about 6'10", which would also a good rebounder.
As the new NBA season approaches, it's unclear whether who still for the Sixers in the center position. As a fan, let's just hope that the Sixers and the Celtics could have the players they need who could also play with their respective system.
