Fans of The Suits series will have to wait until March next year to witness "Suits" Season 6, Episode 11, International Business Times reports. As Jessica (Gina Torres) leaves the law firm, the show also went on a mid-season break following their 10th episode. This gave way to a lot of questions about the story's developments.
Episode 10 concluded with Jessica confessing that she doesn't want to be a lawyer anymore. After her resignation as a name partner of Pearson Specter Litt, Jessica left with Jeff Malone (D.B. Woodside) to start a new life in Chicago.
Stars of the Suits series expressed their love for Torres through their social media accounts. The message was evident: the actors' Black and White color theme photos express how they are saddened with Torres' decision to leave the show.
Patrick Adams expressed how, for him, Jessica will remain as The Epitome and The Boss in the show. On the other hand, Torres also answered a few questions pertaining to her exit of the show through Entertainment Weekly.
She says that with Jessica's character leaving, it also sends out a big message to men and women who are obliged to go in and out of their jobs every day without knowing why they are doing their jobs. The actress also admitted that she was emotional when she filmed her last scene with Gabriel Macht, Rick Hoffman and Sarah Rafferty and when she had to deliver the words, "I gotta go".
Her exit was kept as a secret until they had to shoot episode 10. Torres went out hugging everyone on her last week with the show. She also expressed how honored she is to portray Jessica's role for six long seasons.
For Jessica's fans, this might not be the last time she will be seen on the show, though, as there's a possibility that her character will have to lend a hand to the boys who usually end up "messing up".
Suits' Episode 11 of Season 6 is set to air on January 2017.
