PS4 fans are not happy with Bethesda as the new DLC for Fallout 4 is delayed yet again. With no release date in sight, some fans have gone online to complain.

Express reports that Peter Hines, Bethesda's Vice President of Marketing, replied to disgruntled fans, explaining the delays. According to him, they are still waiting on Sony's evaluation of the PS4's modification (mod) support features.

According to MNR Daily, Fallout 4 received its full mod support feature in June. However, the PS4 mod was left out due to several bugs and issues, which included sound support, performance problems, and upload limit issues.

The new DLC, which was released on August 30, is set in called Nuka World. Once an amusement park, it is now home to Raiders. Nuka World allows players to explore a whole new region, with open wastelands and different park zones. They will have to lead a gang of raiders to conquer settlements and bend the Commonwealth to their will.

Movie News Guide reports that Nuka World also contains new quests, armor, weapons and enemies. The update also fixes the Nuka World monorail, which is needed for players to fully explore the new content.

Besides these updates, it also contains a touching tribute to one of their longtime fans. According to Uproxx, Reddit user NoohjXLVII took to gaming after losing his father last year, and his brother this year. He posted his experiences on Reddit.

Bethesda noticed his posts and secretly created a wasteland version of his brother. Dubbed by players as "Good Guy Evan", he gives players supplies, a Nuka Love recipe, and tells them to help themselves with things from his trailer, as per Forbes. Players can find Evan by going to the southern tip of the new region.

Fallout 4 Nuka World is the fourth and final DLC for Fallout 4. It can be downloaded on Steam for $19.99.
