Ever since Nintendo gave fans a peek of 'The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild' at the recently concluded E3, the buzz about the game has only gotten louder. Everyone wants to know what it has to offer and many are saying that a lot of surprises are in store for fans.

According to reports, the upcoming installment is going to be much bigger. The creators have worked hard to make it more adventurous. Though it was a challenge for them to expand the overall size of Link's World, they took it up and went ahead with their vision.

As per producer Eiji Aonuma, they really needed to develop a bigger world in the wake of Skyward Sword. But since they had never done it before, a lot of it was done with the trial and error method. Aonuma said that they had to feel things out and the developers talked about the idea of density while expanding the world.

He stated that during the development process, they realized that it would take a lot of work to fill Hyrule with things to do and explore. But when they started doing it actually and experienced things like climbing and paragliding, they realized that the desire to see what is ahead is more than just wanting to see what is in the world.

And thus, it is being speculated that the next installment will have more of exploration than its predecessors. It will propel players with reasons to discover the open world for secrets and hidden treasures. Apart from the bigger universe, Link will also have special boons. He will be able to mix and consume powerful elixirs.

These magical elixirs offer him special traits, like he can increase his stamina, walk faster or make it to a place where he produces no sound. Well, these amazing effects are sure to add a unique interest factor to the game. Some also say it makes for a great strategy.

'The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild' is slated to release in 2017 on Wii U and Nintendo NX.
