‘Harry Potter & The Cursed Child’ Release Date, News & Update: New Sequel Will Make the Fans Weep, Says J.K. Rowling

In a recent news, a loyal fan asked J.K. Rowling on Twitter if "Harry Potter and the Cursed Child" will leave the fans in tears, just like its previous installment. To this question the author responded, "If it doesn't, we'll be checking your vital signs."

It is no news that "Harry Potter and the Cursed Child" will reveal the story of Harry Potter 19 years after the Battle of Hogwarts. The story will feature, Albus Severus Potter, Harry Potter's son, who will be introduced to the shocking family legacy.

A recent article pointed out that the eighth installment of "Harry Potter and the Cursed Child" has been under wraps until its official release on July 31, which also happens to be Harry Potter's birthday. However, the story plot was to reveal Harry Potter's life as a husband of Ginny Weasley with three kids and his struggles as common employee in Ministry of Magic.

"As past and present fuse ominously, both father and son learn the uncomfortable truth: sometimes, darkness comes from unexpected places," "Harry Potter and the Cursed Child" storyline read. Meanwhile, it was pointed out by another "Harry Potter" fan as to why J.K. Rowling always want the fans to cry.

"I'm a writer. If you're not feeling, I'm not doing it right," explained J.K. Rowling in a tweet. "Harry Potter and the Cursed Child" theater play will be presented at the West End theatre in London on July 30.

"Harry Potter and the Cursed Child" will star Jamie Parker, Noma Dumezweni and Paul Thornley as Harry Potter, Hermione Granger and Ron Weasley, respectively. "Harry Potter and the Cursed Child" book version will be published on July 31.
